Great location.... the area has lots of restaurants, museums and historical buildings all in close proximity. All the staff at the Courtyard with whom I interacted were professional, courteous, personable, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortably furnished with adequate lighting...I, however, found the closet a bit small, space was a bit challenging for a somewhat bulky winter coat. An added plus is their Shuttle service that starts at 6 am each morning, servicing the surrounding Medical facilities. Will definitely stay at this facility again.

I had to stay at this hotel for an extended time. The room was clean, spacious and it is in an ideal location. The food was surprisingly good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Nakyya, who went out of her way to make people feel welcome when dining there.

My husband and I have been staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland University Circle since November 2023 when he had lung cancer surgery. The hotel is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in! It is just steps from University …

All of the employees are very helpful and friendly, especially Nakyya at the Bistro. We ate there several times and enjoyed the food and service. The hotel is very clean and the gym has quite a bit of equipment. It is in a very convenient location if you are visiting University Hospital.

I really appreciate the outstanding service from Katoya Brown while enjoying dinner in the hotel Bistro! Friendly service makes the dining experience relaxing, especially when I am on the road full time. A good meal and a well crafted adult beverage can make all the difference. ||Thank you!!

Nakyya and Katoya always provide us with excellent service at the Bistro. We come here once a month and they are always friendly and helpful! Both Nakyya and Katoya go the extra mile in getting our meals just right! They really keep the area clean and nice for all the customers!!!

Katoya Brown in the cafe was an absolute pleasure to be served by. She provided truly wonderful customer service and has a beautiful personality! She made us feel like we were at home and prepared exceptional food. It was served in an extremely timely manor. Would love to dine again and be blessed with her service.

Room was okay. Usual wear and tear. Not even a bottle of water so that was disappointing, especially as a titanium elite member. Shower was spacious but had no water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Valet service took forever to get my car. Requested to pick it up at 5:30 am, went down at 5:45 and they hadn't even walked out to get it yet. Took another 10 minutes so I ended up being late for work. Location is nice but I won't return to this specific hotel.
